What we do, and what we do not
Aurello Point DR provides infrastructure build services only. We build private data rooms for sponsors and managers. We do not solicit investors, arrange financing, act as a broker or placement agent, provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or receive compensation tied to capital raised. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security.
Information on this site
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Sample rooms and illustrations are labeled as such and show format and structure only. They do not depict a real client, fund, or transaction. We work to keep the site accurate, but we make no warranty that it is complete or current.
Requesting a room
Submitting the Request a Room form is an inquiry, not a contract. A room is built only under a separate written engagement that sets out scope, fees, timing, and responsibilities. Where these terms conflict with an engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us and not to misuse the site. That includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it, or using it to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.
Client content
If we build a room for you, you keep ownership of all documents, data, and materials you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that content, for your right to share it, and for deciding who is approved to access your room. We hold nothing after handoff.
Intellectual property
The site, including its text, design, graphics, and the Aurello Point | DR name and marks, belongs to Aurello Point LLC and is protected by law. You may view the site for your own business use, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our written permission.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
